How to Add EFP Fanfic Stories to Calibre
To add an EFP Fanfic story to calibre, download it as an EPUB with WP Downloader and import the file using Add books. You can then organize the Italian story, read it offline, convert it, or transfer it to an e-reader.
What you need
WP Downloader is a free web tool, with nothing to install. calibre is a free e-book manager for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
You will also need the EFP Fanfic story page. Its address should look like this:

Download the EFP Fanfic story as an EPUB
Open the EFP Fanfic downloader and paste the story URL into the box. WP Downloader detects the site and prepares the story.
Choose EPUB as the output format. EPUB is free for everyone and works directly with calibre. You can also include the story’s images.
You do not need to sign in for public stories. For a members-only story, signing in with your EFP Fanfic account lets WP Downloader fetch content that account can already read. It uses your credentials only to fetch the story you requested and does not bypass account restrictions, paywalls, locked content, or age restrictions.

Add the EPUB to your calibre library
After the EPUB finishes downloading, open calibre on your computer.
- Select Add books.
- Find the downloaded EPUB file.
- Select the file to import it.
- Find the story in your calibre library.
You can now open the story in calibre’s e-book viewer and read it without returning to EFP Fanfic.
Organize the story in calibre
calibre lets you edit a book’s metadata and cover. Select the imported story and open the metadata editor to review or change these details. Consistent metadata can make stories easier to find when your library contains work from several archives.
Keep the original EPUB in your calibre library if you plan to create another format. You can use it for reading or later conversion.
Convert the story for another device
WP Downloader creates EPUB files and PDF files. PDF downloads require a free Discord sign-in. It does not create MOBI, AZW3, or TXT files.
calibre can convert an imported EPUB to another supported e-book format, including AZW3, MOBI, or PDF. Select the story, open calibre’s conversion tool, and choose the format required by your device or reading app.

Send the story to a connected e-reader
Connect your e-reader to the computer with a USB cable. If needed, convert the EPUB to a format that the device supports. You can then use calibre’s send-to-device option to transfer the story.

Use calibre’s Read aloud feature
Open the EFP Fanfic story in calibre’s e-book viewer and select Read aloud to have the viewer read the story on your computer.
Manage updated stories
WP Downloader cannot add new chapters to an EPUB you already have. When an EFP Fanfic story gets new chapters, paste its URL into WP Downloader again and download the complete story as a new EPUB.
Add the new file to calibre as the current copy. Check that it contains the version you want before changing or removing the older file from your library.
