Download Syosetu Stories as EPUB or PDF
WP Downloader can save a story from Shousetsuka ni Narou as an EPUB or PDF. It is a free web tool, so there is nothing to install. Syosetu stories are in Japanese, and the tool downloads the complete story instead of an individual chapter.
How to download a Syosetu story
1. Copy the story URL
Open the story on syosetu.com and copy its address from your browser. A typical story URL from the main site looks like this:
https://ncode.syosetu.com/n1234ab/WP Downloader supports links from ncode.syosetu.com and novel18.syosetu.com. Copy the main story URL instead of a single chapter’s address.
2. Paste the link into WP Downloader
Open the Syosetu downloader and paste the URL into the box. You can also use the box on the WP Downloader home page. The tool will detect the site from the link.
For Syosetu, WP Downloader handles complete stories only. It does not download single chapters or lists.
3. Choose EPUB or PDF
Choose one of the available formats:
- EPUB is free for everyone.
- PDF requires a free Discord sign-in.
You can also choose whether to include the story’s images.
You do not need a Syosetu account. The Discord sign-in is required only for PDF and is separate from the story site.
4. Download the file
After WP Downloader has processed the link, download the EPUB or PDF to your device. The file contains the complete story as it was when you downloaded it.
WP Downloader cannot add new chapters to an EPUB you already have. If the author publishes more chapters, paste the story link into WP Downloader again and download a new copy.
Open the story on your device
How you open or transfer the file depends on your device and reading app.
On a phone or tablet
Find the EPUB or PDF in your browser’s downloads or file manager, then open it in an app that supports that format.

Why does PDF ask me to sign in?
Creating a PDF requires a free Discord sign-in. EPUB is free for everyone and does not require one.
Can I download only one chapter?
No. WP Downloader downloads complete Syosetu stories. It does not support single chapters or lists from this site.
