Put Voracity's New Realms Stories on a Kindle With calibre
You can put a Voracity’s New Realms story on a Kindle without Amazon’s Send to Kindle service. First download the complete story as an EPUB with WP Downloader. You can then use calibre to convert it to AZW3 and copy it to your Kindle over USB.
What you need
Have these ready:
- The URL of the story on voracity2.e-fic.com
- A computer running Windows, macOS, or Linux
- calibre installed on the computer
- A USB cable for your Kindle
calibre is a free e-book manager. You can use it to keep EPUB files in a library, edit metadata and covers, convert books to Kindle formats, and send books to a connected e-reader.
WP Downloader is also free and works in your web browser, with nothing to install.
Step 1: Copy the Voracity’s New Realms story link
Open the story on Voracity’s New Realms and copy its address from your browser. A story URL looks like this:

Step 2: Download the story as an EPUB
Open the Voracity’s New Realms downloader and paste the story URL into the box. WP Downloader will detect the site and prepare the story for download.
Choose EPUB for this Kindle transfer. EPUB is free for everyone, and you can choose whether to include the story’s images.
You do not need to sign in for public stories. For a members-only story, you can sign in with your Voracity’s New Realms account so WP Downloader can retrieve the content your account is allowed to read. Your credentials are used only to fetch the story you requested. WP Downloader does not bypass access restrictions.

Step 3: Add the EPUB to calibre
Open calibre and select Add books. Find the EPUB you downloaded and add it to your calibre library.
The story will appear in the book list. You can edit its metadata or cover before transferring it, but this is optional.
You can also open the EPUB in calibre’s e-book viewer to check it before converting it. The viewer has a Read aloud feature if you want to listen on your computer.
Step 4: Convert the EPUB to AZW3
Select the story in calibre and choose Convert books. Set AZW3 as the output format and start the conversion.
WP Downloader does not create AZW3 or MOBI files. It provides the EPUB, which calibre can convert to a Kindle format.
AZW3 works with Kindles connected by USB. Kindles can still open AZW3 and MOBI files copied to the device over USB. Amazon stopped accepting MOBI through Send to Kindle, but this did not affect MOBI or AZW3 files transferred directly by USB.
Step 5: Connect the Kindle over USB
Connect your Kindle to the computer with its USB cable and wait for calibre to recognize it.
Select the converted story and choose Send to device. calibre will copy the book to the connected Kindle.
Once the transfer is complete, disconnect the Kindle safely. The story will be available on the device for offline reading.
Getting updated chapters later
WP Downloader cannot update an EPUB you have already downloaded. If the author adds chapters, download the complete story again.
Add the new EPUB to calibre, convert it to AZW3, and transfer the new version to your Kindle. You can keep or remove the older copy from your calibre library and Kindle.
