Once the file is on your Boox, you can read the story offline.
Use another Android reading app
You can install another Android reading app on your Boox and use it to open the EPUB or PDF. Import steps vary by app, but you will use the file downloaded from WP Downloader.
Get updated chapters
WP Downloader cannot add new chapters to an EPUB you already have. If the author publishes more chapters, return to the Fanfictions.fr downloader, paste the story URL again, and download a new copy.
