How to Read FanFiktion.de Stories on a Flight

Download the story before your flight

Complete these steps while you have a reliable internet connection:

1. Copy the FanFiktion.de story URL from your browser. It should look like this:

Laptop

Either format works on a laptop. Save the EPUB for an EPUB reading app or the PDF for a PDF app already installed on the computer. Open the file before departure to check that it is the right story and works in your chosen app.

Check the book in airplane mode

After saving or transferring the story, test it before you leave:

1. Turn on airplane mode.
2. Open your reading app.
3. Open the downloaded story.
4. Move through a few chapters to make sure they are available.
5. Turn airplane mode off if you have anything else to prepare.

If the story opens during the test, you can read it without Wi-Fi. Keep the EPUB or PDF on the device you are taking with you.
