Read FictionHunt Stories in Apple Books
To read a FictionHunt story in Apple Books, download it as an EPUB or PDF with WP Downloader and import the file into Books. You can do this on an iPhone, iPad, or Mac and read the saved story offline.

- Sign in with your FictionHunt account.
- Choose EPUB or PDF. EPUB is free for everyone, while PDF requires a free Discord sign-in.
- Choose whether to include the story’s images.
- Download the finished file.
Apple Books opens EPUB and PDF files. WP Downloader does not create MOBI, AZW3, or TXT files, but Apple Books does not require those formats.
WP Downloader downloads the complete FictionHunt story. It cannot download a single chapter or a list of stories from this site. FictionHunt stories are in English.
The downloader can only access content that your FictionHunt account can already read. It does not bypass paywalls, locked chapters, or age restrictions. Your account credentials are used only to fetch the story you requested.
FictionHunt support was ported from FanFicFare, the open-source fanfiction downloader licensed under Apache-2.0.
Add the story to Apple Books on iPhone or iPad
Open the downloaded EPUB or PDF from Safari’s downloads or the Files app.
From Safari’s downloads
- Open Safari’s downloads.
- Tap the downloaded EPUB or PDF.
- Tap the Share button.
- Choose Books.
Apple Books will import the file into your Library.
From the Files app
Open the Files app and find the downloaded story. Tap the file, open the Share menu, and choose Books.
When the import finishes, the FictionHunt story will appear in your Apple Books Library.
Add the story to Apple Books on Mac
Download the FictionHunt story as an EPUB or PDF on your Mac, then import it using either method below.
Drag the file into Books
- Open the Books app.
- Find the downloaded EPUB or PDF in Finder.
- Drag the file into the Books window.
The story will appear in your Library.
Use Add to Library
Open the Books app and choose File, then Add to Library. Select the downloaded story file and add it.
Get new chapters
WP Downloader cannot update an EPUB that you have already imported into Apple Books. If the author adds chapters, return to the FictionHunt Downloader and download the complete story again.
The new download is a separate file. Import it into Apple Books to read the latest available version.
