How to read a FictionHunt story in Google Play Books
To read a FictionHunt story in Google Play Books, download it as an EPUB or PDF with WP Downloader and upload the file to Google Play Books. You can then read it on the web, Android, or iPhone and iPad.

Step 1: Download the FictionHunt story
Open the FictionHunt downloader and paste the story link into the box. You can also paste it into the box on the WP Downloader home page, which detects the source site automatically.
You must sign in with a fictionhunt.com account before WP Downloader can fetch the story. Your credentials are used only to retrieve the story you requested. WP Downloader can download only the content your account is allowed to read. It does not bypass paywalls, locked content, or age restrictions.
Choose a file format:
- EPUB is free for everyone.
- PDF requires a free Discord sign-in.
You can choose whether to include the story’s images. Start the download and save the finished file.

Step 2: Upload it from the Google Play Books website
Use the Google Play Books website if the EPUB or PDF is on your computer or in Google Drive.
Open Google Play Books in your browser and choose its upload option. Select the file from your computer or Google Drive, then wait for Google Play Books to process it.
Google Play Books accepts DRM-free EPUB and PDF files. Very large stories may reach Google’s upload size limit, so file size may be the cause if an upload does not finish.
Step 3: Upload it from an Android device
If you downloaded the story to an Android phone or tablet, you can upload it through the Google Play Books Android app.
Find the EPUB or PDF in your downloads and upload it to Google Play Books. Wait for the app to process the file, then select the story to begin reading.
This lets you copy the FictionHunt link, download the story through WP Downloader, and add the file to Google Play Books on the same device.
Step 4: Read the story
After uploading the story, you can read it in:
- The Google Play Books website
- The Google Play Books app on Android
- The Google Play Books app on iPhone or iPad
To read on an iPhone or iPad, upload the story through the Google Play Books website, then open it in the app on your Apple device.
When the FictionHunt story gets new chapters
WP Downloader cannot add new chapters to a file you already downloaded. Return to the FictionHunt downloader, paste the story link again, and download the complete story as a new file.
