Put the EPUB on your Kobo with USB

Wait for the Kobo to appear as a drive on the computer.
Copy the EPUB file to the Kobo drive.

After the EPUB syncs, it will appear on that Kobo. Books added through Dropbox or Google Drive are available only on the device where you added them.
