How to Read Nine Lives Archive Stories in the Kindle App
To read a Nine Lives Archive story in the Kindle app, download it as an EPUB with WP Downloader and send the file to your Kindle library. WP Downloader is a free web tool, so you do not need to install anything.
Download the story as an EPUB
Copy the link to the Nine Lives Archive story you want to read. A story URL may look like this:

- Open the Nine Lives Archive downloader.
- Paste the story link into the box.

For Nine Lives Archive, WP Downloader downloads the whole story. It cannot download a single chapter or a list of stories.

Send the EPUB to your Kindle library
Amazon’s Send to Kindle service accepts EPUB files and converts them for your Kindle library. It no longer accepts MOBI files.
You can send the EPUB in any of these ways:
- Upload it through Send to Kindle on the web.
- Choose it in the Send to Kindle app.
- Attach it to an email sent to your Kindle’s Send-to-Kindle address.
For the web or app method, choose the EPUB you downloaded from WP Downloader and submit it through Send to Kindle. Amazon will convert the file and add the book to your Kindle library.
If you send the file by email, you must use an approved sender email address. Attach the EPUB and send it to your Kindle’s Send-to-Kindle address.

Open the story in the Kindle app
Once Amazon has processed the EPUB, open the Kindle app on your phone or tablet. The story will appear in your Kindle library.
Select the story to open it. The converted book can also appear in the same library on a Kindle e-reader, so you do not need a separate file for each Kindle device or app.
Download new chapters
WP Downloader cannot update an EPUB you have already downloaded. When a Nine Lives Archive story gets new chapters, return to the Nine Lives Archive downloader, paste the story link again, and download a new EPUB.
Send the new file to Kindle using the same process. It will be a separate download, not an update to the original EPUB.
