How to Read Psychfic Stories in the Kindle App
To read a Psychfic story in the Kindle app, download it as an EPUB with WP Downloader and send the file to your Kindle library. WP Downloader is a free web tool, so you do not need to install anything.
Download a Psychfic story as an EPUB
Find the story on psychfic.com. Its URL should look like this:
http://www.psychfic.com/viewstory.php?sid=1234Copy the story URL, open the Psychfic downloader, and paste the URL into the box. WP Downloader will detect the site.
Choose EPUB as the output format. EPUB downloads are free, and Amazon accepts EPUB files through Send to Kindle. WP Downloader can also create a PDF, but that requires a free Discord sign-in.
Select the image option before downloading if you want to include the story’s images. WP Downloader downloads the whole story as one file. You do not need a Psychfic account, and the downloader does not support individual Psychfic chapters or story lists.

Send the EPUB to your Kindle library
Send the downloaded EPUB to Amazon with one of these Send to Kindle methods:
- Upload it through Send to Kindle on the web.
- Use the Send to Kindle app.
- Email it to your Kindle’s Send-to-Kindle address.
Amazon accepts EPUB and PDF files. It converts the EPUB and adds the book to your Kindle library, where you can open it in the Kindle app or on a Kindle e-reader.
When sending the file by email, use an approved sender email address. Amazon will not accept a file sent from an email address that has not been approved for your Kindle account.

There is no need to convert the story to MOBI. WP Downloader does not create MOBI files, and Send to Kindle no longer accepts them. WP Downloader does not offer AZW3 or TXT files either.
Open the story in the Kindle app
After Amazon converts the file, open the Kindle app on your phone or tablet and find the story in your Kindle library. Select it to start reading. The converted book can also appear on Kindle e-readers connected to the same library.
If the story does not appear, confirm that the EPUB was sent successfully. For an email transfer, check the Send-to-Kindle address and make sure you sent the file from an approved email address.
Download new chapters later
WP Downloader cannot add new chapters to an EPUB you already downloaded. When the Psychfic story has new chapters, return to the Psychfic downloader, paste the story URL again, and download a new copy.
Send the new EPUB to your Kindle library using the same method as before.

Do I need a Psychfic account?
No. You can download Psychfic stories with WP Downloader without signing in.
Which file format should I use for the Kindle app?
Use EPUB. Send to Kindle accepts EPUB files, converts them, and adds the book to your Kindle library. It also accepts PDF files.
Can I download only one Psychfic chapter?
No. WP Downloader downloads whole Psychfic stories. It does not download individual chapters or lists from this site.
Why can’t I send a MOBI file?
Send to Kindle no longer accepts MOBI files, and WP Downloader does not create them. Download the story as an EPUB and send that file instead.
