How to Read Quotev Stories in the Kindle App
To read a Quotev story in the Kindle app, download it as an EPUB with WP Downloader and send the file to your Kindle library. WP Downloader is a free web tool, so there is nothing to install. You do not need a Quotev account.
Download the Quotev story as an EPUB
Find the story on quotev.com and copy its URL. A Quotev story link looks like this:

- Open the Quotev downloader.
- Paste the story link into the box.
- Choose EPUB as the output format.
- Turn on the option to include the story’s images if you want them in the book.
- Download the EPUB.
WP Downloader detects that the link is from Quotev. EPUB downloads are free for everyone. You can also choose PDF, which requires a free Discord sign-in.
For Quotev, WP Downloader downloads the whole story. It cannot download a single chapter or a list of stories. If the author adds chapters, download the story again to create a new EPUB. WPD cannot update an EPUB you already have.

Send the EPUB to your Kindle library
Amazon’s Send to Kindle service accepts EPUB files in three ways:
- Upload the file through Send to Kindle on the web.
- Use the Send to Kindle app.
- Email the file to your Kindle’s Send-to-Kindle address.
If you send the file by email, it must come from an approved sender email address.
Amazon converts the EPUB and adds the book to your Kindle library. It can then appear on Kindle e-readers and in the Kindle app. The Send to Kindle guide explains each method, and the dedicated guide shows how to send Quotev stories to Kindle.
You do not need to convert the story to MOBI. Send to Kindle no longer accepts MOBI files, and WP Downloader does not create MOBI or AZW3 files.
Open the Quotev story in the Kindle app
After Amazon converts the EPUB, open the Kindle app and look for the story in your library. Select the book to start reading.
The same book can appear in your Kindle library on Kindle e-readers and in the Kindle app.
EPUB or PDF for the Kindle app?
Send to Kindle accepts both EPUB and PDF. EPUB is available to every WP Downloader user without a sign-in. Creating a PDF with WP Downloader requires a free Discord sign-in.
WP Downloader does not offer MOBI, AZW3, or TXT files.
