How to Read Sam & Jack Stories in the Kindle App

To read a Sam & Jack story in the Kindle app, download it as an EPUB with WP Downloader and send the file to your Kindle library. WP Downloader is a free web tool, so there is nothing to install.

Download a Sam & Jack story as an EPUB

Find the story on samandjack.net. Its address should look like this:

Copy the story address, then:

1. Open the Sam & Jack Downloader.
2. Paste the story link into the box.
3. Choose EPUB as the output format.
4. Choose whether to include the story’s images.
5. Download the EPUB file.

EPUB downloads are free for everyone. WP Downloader can also create a PDF, although that requires a free Discord sign-in. EPUB is the simplest format to use with Send to Kindle.

For Sam & Jack, WP Downloader downloads the whole story. It cannot download a single chapter or a list of stories.

Members-only stories

You do not need to sign in for public stories. If a story is available only to members, you can sign in with your samandjack.net account to download content that account can already read.

WP Downloader uses your credentials only to fetch the story you requested. It cannot bypass account restrictions, paywalls, locked chapters, or age restrictions.

Send the EPUB to your Kindle library

Amazon’s Send to Kindle service accepts EPUB files and converts them before adding them to your Kindle library. WP Downloader does not create MOBI, AZW3, or TXT files, and Send to Kindle no longer accepts MOBI files.

You can send the EPUB in three ways:

• Upload it through Send to Kindle on the web.
• Use the Send to Kindle app.
• Email it to your personal Send-to-Kindle address.

Files sent by email must come from an approved sender email address.

After Amazon converts the EPUB, the story appears in your Kindle library. You can open it on a Kindle e-reader or in the Kindle app.

Open the story in the Kindle app

Once the story appears in your Kindle library:

1. Open the Kindle app on your phone or tablet.
2. Go to your library.
3. Find the story and select its cover.
4. Download the book in the app if you want to read it offline.

Get newly added chapters

WP Downloader cannot update an EPUB you have already downloaded. When the author adds chapters, return to the Sam & Jack Downloader, paste the story link again, and download a new copy.

Send the new EPUB to Kindle using the same method. The earlier file will not update automatically.
