Set up Send-to-PocketBook

On your PocketBook e-reader:

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Accounts and synchronization.
3. Choose Send-to-PocketBook.
4. Sign in and follow the activation process.
5. Open the activation email you receive.

After activation, you will receive a personal Send-to-PocketBook address ending in @pbsync.com.

Email and sync the book

Attach the EPUB from WP Downloader to an email and send it to your @pbsync.com address. Sync your PocketBook to receive the file.

If the book does not arrive, make sure the email address you sent it from is on your approved list. Send-to-PocketBook may ask you to whitelist that address before accepting the attachment. After the transfer and sync are complete, open the EPUB from your PocketBook library.

You can send a downloaded PDF the same way.

Copy the story to PocketBook over USB

You can also transfer the story with a USB cable:

1. Download the story from WP Downloader as an EPUB or PDF.
2. Connect your PocketBook e-reader to your computer with USB.
3. Copy the downloaded file to the device.
4. Disconnect the PocketBook after the transfer finishes.
5. Find and open the story on the e-reader.

Only the downloaded file needs to be transferred. You do not need to install WP Downloader on the PocketBook.

Which format should you choose?

EPUB is the simplest option for most readers. WP Downloader provides it free to everyone, and PocketBook supports it. PDF also works, but WP Downloader requires a free Discord sign-in to create one.

WP Downloader does not create MOBI, AZW3, or TXT files. PocketBook can read both EPUB and PDF directly, so none of those formats is needed here.
