How to read a SpaceBattles story in the Kindle app

Download the SpaceBattles story as an EPUB

SpaceBattles stories are published as forum threads. WP Downloader collects a thread’s threadmarked chapters into a single book.

You do not need a SpaceBattles account, and there is nothing to install. All you need is the URL of the story thread.

1. Open the SpaceBattles downloader.
2. Paste the story thread URL into the box.
3. Choose EPUB as the output format.
4. Choose whether to include the story’s images.
5. Download the finished EPUB to your phone, tablet, or computer.

EPUB downloads are free for everyone. WP Downloader can also create a PDF, which requires a free Discord sign-in. For the Kindle library, EPUB is the simpler choice.

WP Downloader downloads the whole story, not individual chapters or lists. If the author adds more threadmarked chapters later, download the story again to create a new EPUB. An existing EPUB will not update automatically.

Send the EPUB to your Kindle library

Amazon accepts EPUB files through Send to Kindle and converts them for the Kindle library. You can transfer the story in three ways:

• Upload it through Send to Kindle on the web.
• Use the Send to Kindle app.
• Email it to your Kindle’s Send-to-Kindle address.

You do not need to convert the EPUB to MOBI or AZW3. WP Downloader does not create either format, and Send to Kindle no longer accepts MOBI files.

When sending the file by email, use an approved sender email address. Amazon will not accept it from an address that has not been approved for your Kindle account.

Open the story in the Kindle app
