How to Read SpaceBattles Stories on a PocketBook

To read a SpaceBattles story offline on a PocketBook, download it as an EPUB or PDF with WP Downloader. You can then email the file to the reader with Send-to-PocketBook or copy it over USB. The downloaded book contains the threadmarked chapters from the story.

Download the SpaceBattles story

WP Downloader is a free web tool, and there is nothing to install. Open the SpaceBattles downloader and paste the story link into the box.

Links that use forum.spacebattles.com also work. You do not need to sign in to download a SpaceBattles story.

Send the story with Send-to-PocketBook

Send-to-PocketBook lets you email the downloaded book to your reader.

Set up Send-to-PocketBook

On your PocketBook:

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Accounts and synchronization.
3. Select Send-to-PocketBook.
4. Sign in and follow the instructions in the activation email.

After activation, you will receive a personal Send-to-PocketBook address ending in @pbsync.com.

Email and sync the book

Attach the EPUB or PDF to an email and send it to your @pbsync.com address. Sync your PocketBook to receive the file.

If the book does not arrive, check whether your sending address is on the approved list. The service may ask you to whitelist it before accepting the file. Once the address is approved, send the attachment again and sync the reader.

Copy the story over USB

You can also transfer the EPUB or PDF from your computer over USB.

Connect the PocketBook to your computer, then copy the downloaded file to the reader. When the transfer finishes, open the story on the PocketBook to read it offline.

Get newly posted chapters

WP Downloader cannot add new chapters to an EPUB you have already downloaded. If the author posts more threadmarked chapters, return to the SpaceBattles downloader and download the whole story again.

Transfer the new file to your PocketBook with Send-to-PocketBook or USB.
