How to read TG Storytime stories on Android
You can read a TG Storytime story on an Android phone or tablet by downloading it as an EPUB or PDF with WP Downloader. Once the file is on your device, open it in Google Play Books or another compatible reading app for offline reading.

Download the TG Storytime story
Open the TG Storytime downloader in your Android browser. In another tab, find the story you want on tgstorytime.com and copy its address.
A TG Storytime story link looks like this:

WP Downloader downloads whole TG Storytime stories, not individual chapters or lists. If the author adds new chapters later, download the story again to create an updated file. WP Downloader cannot add chapters to an EPUB you already downloaded.

Choose EPUB or PDF
WP Downloader offers two formats:
- EPUB is free for everyone and works with e-book reading apps. It is usually the easier choice for reading on Android.
- PDF requires a free Discord sign-in and uses a fixed-page layout.
WP Downloader does not create MOBI, AZW3, or TXT files.
Save the finished file somewhere easy to find, such as your device’s Downloads folder. The folder’s name and location depend on your device and browser.
Open the story in Google Play Books
Google Play Books lets you upload your own DRM-free EPUB and PDF files. You can then read them on Android, iPhone, iPad, or the web.
There are two ways to upload the story:
- Open the Google Play Books app on your Android device and upload the EPUB or PDF.
- On a computer, open the Play Books website and upload the file from your computer or Google Drive.
After the upload finishes, open Play Books on your phone or tablet and choose the story from your library.
Very large files may reach Google’s upload size limit. If an upload fails for this reason, open the file directly in another compatible Android app.
Read the EPUB in another Android app
You can also open the downloaded EPUB directly in an EPUB reader on your device.
Moon+ Reader is one option for Android. Find the EPUB in your device’s files and open it with Moon+ Reader.
Keep the file saved on your device and available in the reading app before going offline. You can then read without returning to the TG Storytime website.
Listen with Android text to speech
Android has several ways to read the story aloud.
Select to Speak reads items shown on the screen. Turn it on in Settings, then Accessibility, and tap the text or controls you want to hear.
Moon+ Reader has a built-in text-to-speech mode for EPUB files. @Voice Aloud Reader can also read EPUB files aloud.
These options use the text-to-speech voices installed on your device, so the narration depends on the voices available in your Android settings.
What if the story is members-only?
You do not need to sign in for public TG Storytime stories. For a members-only story, sign in with your TG Storytime account through WP Downloader. The tool can then fetch content that your account is allowed to read.
WP Downloader uses your credentials only to fetch the story you requested. It does not bypass membership requirements, paywalls, locked chapters, or age restrictions.
