How to Read Stories from The Sietch on a tolino eReader

Download the story as an EPUB

1. Open the story thread you want to read.
2. Copy the full URL from your browser’s address bar.

Transfer the EPUB to your tolino

tolino eReaders support EPUB, so you can copy the downloaded file directly to the reader over USB.

1. Connect the tolino to your computer

Connect your tolino eReader to your computer with a USB-C cable. Wait for the computer to detect it.

The tolino vision 6, shine 4, and epos 3 use MTP for USB transfers. Open the connected device in your computer’s file browser to view its folders.

2. Open the Books folder

Open the Books folder on the tolino. This is where the EPUB should go.

Find the EPUB you downloaded from WP Downloader on your computer.

3. Copy the EPUB

Copy or drag the EPUB into the tolino’s Books folder. Leave the reader connected until the file has finished copying.

Do not unplug the USB-C cable while the transfer is in progress.

4. Disconnect and open the story

Once the transfer has finished, disconnect the tolino from your computer. You can then open the EPUB on the reader and read the story offline.

The EPUB contains the threadmarked chapters that WP Downloader collected from the forum thread.

Download new chapters later

WP Downloader cannot update an EPUB already stored on your tolino. When the author posts more threadmarked chapters, paste the story link into WP Downloader again and download a new EPUB.

Copy the new EPUB to the tolino’s Books folder using the same USB steps.
