How to Read Twilighted Stories on a Kobo

Download the Twilighted story as an EPUB with WP Downloader, then copy it to your Kobo with a USB cable. If you have a supported Kobo model, you can also transfer the file through Dropbox or Google Drive.

Download the story as an EPUB

WP Downloader is a free web tool, with nothing to install. Go to the Twilighted Downloader page to get started.

Twilighted requires an account, so you will need to sign in. WP Downloader uses your credentials only to fetch the story you request. It can access only stories your account is allowed to read and cannot bypass locked content or age restrictions.

To download the story:

Copy its link from twilighted.net.
Open the Twilighted Downloader page.
Paste the link into the box.
Sign in with your Twilighted account when prompted.
Choose EPUB as the output format.
Choose whether to include the story’s images.
Download the EPUB to your computer or phone.

Kobo e-readers open EPUB files natively. WP Downloader can also create a PDF, although PDF downloads require a free Discord sign-in.

WP Downloader downloads the whole story from Twilighted. It does not download individual chapters or lists of stories. If the author adds more chapters later, download the story again to get a new EPUB. The tool cannot update a file you have already downloaded.

Copy the EPUB to your Kobo with USB

A USB cable works by making the Kobo appear as a drive on your computer.

Connect your Kobo e-reader to your computer with a USB cable.
Wait for the Kobo to appear as a drive.
Find the EPUB you downloaded from WP Downloader.
Copy the EPUB onto the Kobo drive.
Eject the Kobo safely.
Disconnect the cable.

The story will appear in your Kobo library after the device processes the file. You can then open it like any other EPUB and read without an internet connection.

Add the story through Dropbox

Dropbox can add non-protected EPUB and PDF files to supported Kobo models running software version 4.18 or later.

Link your Dropbox account from the e-reader, put the story file in the Kobo cloud folder, and sync the device. The book will appear on that Kobo only.

Add the story through Google Drive

Google Drive works with the same Kobo models when they are running software version 4.37 or later.

On the Kobo, go to:

Home, More, My Google Drive, Get Started

The e-reader will show a code. Enter it on the Kobo website to link your Google Drive account. Put the EPUB in the connected cloud folder, then sync the e-reader. The story will appear on that Kobo after the sync.

Books added through Google Drive appear only on the device where you added them.

Choose a transfer method

USB works with any Kobo and is a simple choice when the EPUB is already on your computer.

Dropbox and Google Drive are available only on the supported Kobo models listed above. Check your Kobo’s software version before using either service.
