How to Download a stck.me Story as EPUB or PDF
stck.me (Scroll-Stack) is where a lot of romance, drama and serialized fiction now lives, with every writer publishing from their own name.stck.me site. WP Downloader turns a stck.me story into a single EPUB or PDF, so you can read it offline in the app you prefer instead of tapping through chapter after chapter online.
Before you start
You’ll need a stck.me account. Most stck.me chapters can only be read by signed-in readers, so WP Downloader asks for the email and password you use on stck.me. They’re used only to fetch the story you ask for.
Two kinds of chapters need more than signing in:
- Follower-only chapters. Many writers make chapters free for their followers. Follow the writer on stck.me with the same account first. WP Downloader never follows anyone for you.
- Paid chapters. Chapters with a price need to be bought on stck.me before they can be downloaded.
Steps to download a stck.me story
1. Copy the story link
Open the story on stck.me and copy the address from your browser. It looks like:

2. Paste it into WP Downloader
Go to the stck.me Downloader and paste the link. stck.me is already selected there; on the home page the tool switches to stck.me automatically when you paste a stck.me link.
3. Sign in with your stck.me account
Enter your stck.me email and password and click Save & verify. You only do this once per browser.
4. Choose EPUB or PDF and download
Pick EPUB for text that reflows to any screen, or PDF for a fixed layout. EPUB is free for everyone; PDF needs a free Discord sign-in. Then click Download.
What’s in the file
- Every chapter you can read, in order, each listed in the table of contents.
- A short note in place of any chapter you can’t read yet, at its normal spot in the table of contents. The note says why: follow the writer, buy the chapter, or sign in. You can see exactly what’s missing and download again once it’s unlocked.
- Cover, title, writer, summary and tropes in the book’s details, so it looks right in your library.
- Chapter images, if you turn on Include Images.

The link has to include the writer’s name.stck.me address, because that’s how WP Downloader finds the story. Writers who use their own custom domain aren’t supported yet.
Frequently asked questions
Why do I need a stck.me account? Because stck.me does. Most chapters, including free ones, are only shown to signed-in readers.
It says I need to follow the writer. Those chapters are free for followers only. Follow the writer on stck.me with the account you saved in WP Downloader, then download again.
Some chapters are paid. WP Downloader can’t unlock paid chapters. Buy them on stck.me with the same account, then download again; until then they appear as a note in the book.
Nothing downloaded at all. If none of the story’s chapters are readable with your account, WP Downloader doesn’t make an empty book. It tells you what’s needed instead: signing in, following the writer, or buying chapters.
Is it free? Yes. EPUB downloads are free. PDF downloads need a free Discord account.
Can I share the file? Downloads are for your own offline reading. stck.me writers earn from followers and chapter sales, so if you enjoy a story, follow and support the writer on stck.me.
