How to Send stck.me Stories to Kindle
A Kindle is a comfortable way to binge a stck.me serial: no glare, long battery life, and no notifications in the middle of a chapter. Getting a story onto it takes two steps: download it as EPUB, then send it to Amazon.
What you need
- The link to the stck.me story
- Your stck.me account (email and password)
- A Kindle e-reader, or the Kindle app on your phone or tablet
- Your Amazon account
Step 1: Download the story as EPUB
- Copy the story’s link from stck.me.
- Open the stck.me Downloader and paste it.
- Sign in with your stck.me email and password.
- Leave EPUB selected and click Download.
If the story has follower-only chapters, follow the writer on stck.me before downloading so those chapters are included. Amazon converts EPUB to Kindle’s own format automatically, so EPUB is the right choice even though Kindles don’t open EPUB files directly. More detail is in How to Download a stck.me Story.
Step 2: Send the EPUB to your Kindle
Option A - Send to Kindle on the web
- Go to Amazon’s Send to Kindle page and sign in.
- Drag the EPUB onto the page and click Send.
Option B - Email
- Find your Kindle’s email address: Amazon → Manage Your Content and Devices → Preferences → Personal Document Settings. It ends in
@kindle.com. - Make sure the address you’ll send from is on the Approved Personal Document E-mail List on the same page.
- Email the EPUB as an attachment to your Kindle address.
Option C - Send to Kindle app Install Amazon’s Send to Kindle app on Windows or Mac, drag the EPUB onto it, choose your device and send.
The book appears in your Kindle library within a few minutes, with the story’s cover, title and writer, and a table of contents listing every chapter.
Tips for stck.me stories
- Unlock first, then send. Chapters you can’t read yet (follower-only or paid) appear as a short note in the book. Follow or buy on stck.me first, then download, so you don’t have to send the book twice.
- New chapters: download the story again and send the new file. It shows up as a separate book; use the table of contents to jump to where you left off.
- Images: Include Images makes the file bigger. Email attachments are limited to 50 MB, so use the web page or the desktop app for a large file, or download again with images off.
Troubleshooting
The email never arrives - the sending address probably isn’t on your Approved Personal Document E-mail List. Add it and send again.
The document is rejected - check it’s the .epub file and under the email size limit, or use the web upload instead.
A chapter on Kindle is just a note - your stck.me account couldn’t read that chapter when you downloaded. The note says whether to follow the writer or buy the chapter; do that on stck.me, download again and resend.
