How to listen to GoodNovel stories with text-to-speech
To listen to a GoodNovel story, download its free chapters as an EPUB with WP Downloader, open the file in a compatible reading app, and turn on text-to-speech. WP Downloader is a free web tool, so you do not need to install anything.

Turn on Speak Screen
- Open Settings.
- Go to Accessibility.
- Select Spoken Content.
- Turn on Speak Screen.
Open the downloaded EPUB in Apple Books. With the story on screen, swipe down from the top with two fingers to have it read aloud.
Speak Screen uses the text-to-speech voices installed on your device, so the available voices affect how the narration sounds.
Listen on Android
You can listen with Select to Speak or an EPUB reader that supports text-to-speech.

Open Settings, go to Accessibility, and turn on Select to Speak. You can then tap items on the screen to hear them read aloud.
