How to Read Fiction.live Stories in Apple Books
To read a Fiction.live story in Apple Books, download it as an EPUB with WP Downloader and add the file to the Books app. You can do this on an iPhone, iPad, or Mac. The imported story will appear in your Apple Books Library.
Download the Fiction.live story
WP Downloader is a free web tool, with nothing to install. You do not need to sign in to Fiction.live. The downloader accepts story links from fiction.live and beta.fiction.live.
A Fiction.live story address usually follows this pattern:

- Open the Fiction.live downloader.
- Copy the address of the Fiction.live story.
- Paste the address into the download box.
- Choose EPUB as the output format.
- Choose whether to include the story’s images.
- Download the finished EPUB file.
For Fiction.live, WP Downloader downloads the entire story. It does not support individual chapters or story lists. The tool can retrieve only content that is already available to read. It cannot bypass locked content, paywalls, or age restrictions.
EPUB is free for everyone. You can also create a PDF, but this requires a free Discord sign-in. Apple Books opens both EPUB and PDF files.

Add the story to Apple Books on iPhone or iPad
Once the file has downloaded, open it from Safari’s downloads or the Files app and share it with Books.
From Safari’s downloads
- Open Safari’s downloads list.
- Tap the downloaded EPUB file.
- Tap the Share button.
- Choose Books.
If Books is not visible, check the other sharing options. Apple Books will import and open the story after you select it.
From the Files app
- Open the Files app.
- Find the downloaded EPUB.
- Tap the file, or press and hold it to open its options.
- Tap Share.
- Choose Books.
The story will appear in your Apple Books Library.
You can import a PDF in the same way. Find the file in Safari’s downloads or the Files app, open the Share menu, and choose Books.
Add the story to Apple Books on Mac
Find the EPUB in your Downloads folder or wherever your browser saved it. You can then import it in either of these ways:
- Open the Books app and drag the EPUB file into it.
- In the Books app, choose File, then Add to Library, and select the EPUB.
The Fiction.live story will appear in your Library after it has been imported. Apple Books also accepts PDF files.
Get new chapters
WP Downloader cannot update an EPUB you have already downloaded. When a Fiction.live story gets new chapters, return to the Fiction.live downloader, paste the story link again, and download a new copy.
Add the new EPUB to Apple Books using the same steps. It will contain the complete story available when you downloaded it.
Read the story on another device
If you use a different e-reader, you can move the downloaded EPUB to that device.
