How to read an Inkitt story on a reMarkable tablet

To read an Inkitt story on a reMarkable tablet, download the whole story as an EPUB or PDF with WP Downloader and transfer the file to your tablet. WP Downloader is a free web tool, so you do not need to install anything.

Download the Inkitt story

Copy the story link from inkitt.com. An Inkitt story URL looks like this:

Both available formats work on a reMarkable tablet:

2. Open the tablet’s storage settings and turn on the USB web interface.
3. Open a browser on the connected computer.
4. Go to 10.11.99.1.
5. Upload the EPUB or PDF from WP Downloader.
6. Open the transferred story on your tablet.

The path to the USB web interface setting can differ between reMarkable software versions. Look in the tablet’s storage settings for a similarly named option if it is not where you expect.

Read the story offline

Once the EPUB or PDF is on your tablet, you can open it without returning to inkitt.com. Keep another copy of the file if you also want the story on your phone or computer.
