How to Read MediaMiner Stories on a tolino eReader
To read a MediaMiner story on a tolino eReader, download it as an EPUB with WP Downloader and copy the file to the Books folder on your tolino using a USB-C cable. The book will remain on the reader for offline use.

Download the MediaMiner story as an EPUB
Find the story on mediaminer.org. Its URL should look similar to this:

Move the EPUB to your tolino
Connect your tolino eReader to your computer with a USB-C cable and wait for the computer to detect it. The tolino vision 6, shine 4, and epos 3 use MTP for USB transfers, so one of these models may appear as a connected device instead of a regular removable drive.
Open the tolino’s storage, find the Books folder, and copy the EPUB into it.
- Connect the tolino to your computer with USB-C.
- Wait for the computer to detect the reader.
- Open the tolino’s storage.
- Open the Books folder.
- Copy the MediaMiner EPUB into the folder.
- Wait for the transfer to finish.
- Disconnect the tolino safely.
Do not unplug the USB-C cable while the file is copying. Interrupting the transfer may leave an incomplete file on the reader.
Open the story on your tolino
After the transfer finishes, disconnect the tolino and find the EPUB among the books on the reader. Open it to read the story offline.
If MediaMiner later adds more chapters to the story, download it again with WP Downloader. The tool cannot add new chapters to an EPUB you already have.
