Read SciFiStories Stories on a reMarkable Tablet

Download the SciFiStories story

Go to the SciFiStories downloader. You can also paste the story link into the box on the WP Downloader home page, which will detect the site automatically.

EPUB is free for everyone. PDF requires a free Discord sign-in. WP Downloader does not create MOBI, AZW3, or TXT files. Since reMarkable supports EPUB and PDF, either available format will work.

Choose EPUB or PDF for reMarkable

reMarkable tablets support both EPUB and PDF files up to 100 MB.

Choose EPUB if you want an ebook file without signing in to Discord. Choose PDF if you prefer that format and do not mind using the free Discord sign-in.

If you include the story’s images, check the finished file before transferring it. It must be no larger than 100 MB.

Move the story to your reMarkable

You can add the EPUB or PDF to your reMarkable with its mobile app, desktop app, a web browser, or a USB cable. Use the method that suits the device where you saved the file.

Use the reMarkable mobile app

If the story is on your phone, open the reMarkable mobile app and import the EPUB or PDF. When the file appears in your reMarkable library, open it on the tablet.

Use the reMarkable desktop app

If the story is on your computer, open the reMarkable desktop app and add the EPUB or PDF. After the transfer finishes, open the story from your tablet’s library.

Upload it through a web browser

You can also transfer the file through a web browser. Open reMarkable’s browser upload option on the phone or computer where you saved the story, then upload the EPUB or PDF.

Transfer it over USB

Connect your reMarkable tablet to your computer with a USB cable. Turn on the USB web interface in the tablet’s storage settings, then open this address in a browser on the connected computer:

Upload the story from the page that opens. The exact path to the USB web interface setting can vary between reMarkable software versions. If you cannot find it, check the tablet’s storage settings.

Read an updated story

WP Downloader cannot add new chapters to an EPUB you have already downloaded. If the SciFiStories story changes or gets new chapters, paste its URL into WP Downloader again and download a new copy.

Transfer the new EPUB or PDF to your reMarkable using any of the same methods.
