How to Read SquidgeWorld Stories on reMarkable
To read a SquidgeWorld Archive story on a reMarkable tablet, download the complete work as an EPUB or PDF with WP Downloader and transfer the file to your tablet. WP Downloader is a free browser-based tool, so you do not need to install anything.
Download the SquidgeWorld story
Find the story on squidgeworld.org. Its address should look like this:

WP Downloader saves the whole story from SquidgeWorld Archive. It cannot download a single chapter or a list from this site.

Choose EPUB or PDF
Both available formats work on reMarkable:
- EPUB is free for everyone.
- PDF requires a free Discord sign-in.
- You can include the story’s images with either format.
Choose a format and save the completed file to your phone or computer. reMarkable tablets accept EPUB and PDF files up to 100 MB.
WP Downloader does not create MOBI, AZW3, or TXT files. You will not need them because reMarkable supports EPUB and PDF.
Transfer the story to your reMarkable
You can move the downloaded file to your tablet with the reMarkable desktop or mobile app, a web browser, or a USB cable.
Use the reMarkable desktop app
Open the reMarkable app on your computer and import the EPUB or PDF. Give the app time to transfer the file to your tablet.
The name and location of the import control may differ between app versions. Look for the option to add a file to your reMarkable library.
Use the reMarkable mobile app
On your phone, open or share the downloaded EPUB or PDF with the reMarkable mobile app. Add it to your library, then check your tablet for the transferred file.
This method lets you handle the download and transfer entirely from your phone.
Upload it from a web browser
You can also use reMarkable’s browser-based file transfer service. Open the service, select the EPUB or PDF, and upload it to your library. Once the transfer is complete, open the story on your tablet.
Transfer it over USB
To upload the file from a connected computer:
- Connect the reMarkable tablet to your computer with a USB cable.
- Open the tablet’s storage settings and turn on the USB web interface.
- Open a browser on the connected computer.
- Go to this address:

The path to the USB web interface setting can differ between reMarkable software versions.
Open the story and start reading
Find the story in your reMarkable library and open it like any other supported document. The entire SquidgeWorld work will be in one file, so there is no need to transfer each chapter separately.
If the author adds another chapter later, download the story again and transfer the new file. WP Downloader cannot add chapters to an EPUB or PDF that you have already downloaded.
