How to Read TONFA Stories on PocketBook
To read a story from TONFA: The Original Naruto Fanfic Archive on a PocketBook e-reader, download it as an EPUB with WP Downloader and transfer the file by Send-to-PocketBook or USB. You can then read it offline like any other ebook.
Download the TONFA story as an EPUB
WP Downloader is a free web tool, with nothing to install. It can download complete stories from TONFA at narutofic.org, and EPUB downloads are free for everyone.
- Find the story on TONFA.
- Copy the URL of its story page. It should look like this:
http://www.narutofic.org/viewstory.php?sid=1234- Open the TONFA downloader.
- Paste the story URL into the box.
- Choose whether to include the story’s images.
- Download the EPUB.
PocketBook e-readers can open EPUB files directly. They also support PDF, which WP Downloader can create after a free Discord sign-in. WPD does not create MOBI, AZW3, or TXT files.

Members-only TONFA stories
Public stories do not require an account. For a members-only story, you can sign in with your TONFA account so WP Downloader can fetch the content that account is allowed to read.
WP Downloader uses your credentials only to fetch the story you requested. It cannot bypass account restrictions, locked content, paywalls, or age restrictions.
Whole stories only
WP Downloader downloads complete TONFA stories. It does not download individual chapters or lists from this archive.
If the author publishes more chapters, download the story again. WP Downloader cannot update an EPUB already stored on your PocketBook.

Send the EPUB to your PocketBook by email
Send-to-PocketBook gives your reader a personal email address. Once you have set it up, you can email the EPUB to that address and sync the reader.
Set up Send-to-PocketBook
On your PocketBook reader:
- Open Settings.
- Select Accounts and synchronization.
- Open Send-to-PocketBook.
- Sign in.
- Open the activation email you receive.
- Note your personal address ending in @pbsync.com.
Email and sync the book
Attach the EPUB from WP Downloader to an email and send it to your @pbsync.com address. Sync your PocketBook to receive the file.
If the book does not arrive, check whether your sending email address is on the approved list. Send-to-PocketBook may ask you to whitelist it before accepting attachments. Once the address is approved, resend the EPUB and sync the reader.
Copy the EPUB to your PocketBook over USB
You can also transfer the EPUB with a USB cable.
- Connect your PocketBook to your computer with a USB cable.
- Open the reader’s storage.
- Copy the downloaded EPUB to the reader.
- Safely disconnect the PocketBook.
- Open the book on the device.
Read the story offline
Once the EPUB or PDF is on your PocketBook, you can open it without returning to TONFA or WP Downloader.

Which format should I use for a PocketBook?

Can WP Downloader download one TONFA chapter?
No. WP Downloader downloads complete stories from TONFA, not individual chapters or lists.
Can I download a members-only TONFA story?

Why did Send-to-PocketBook reject my email?

Will my EPUB receive new chapters automatically?
No. Download the story again when you want the latest available chapters, then transfer the new EPUB to your PocketBook.
