Read a TONFA Story on a tolino eReader
You can read a TONFA: The Original Naruto Fanfic Archive story offline on a tolino eReader by downloading the complete story as an EPUB, then copying it to the reader’s “Books” folder.
What you need
Have these ready:
- The narutofic.org link for the story
- A computer
- A tolino eReader
- A USB-C cable

Step 1: Download the TONFA story as an EPUB
Open the TONFA downloader and paste the narutofic.org story link into the box. WP Downloader will detect the site and prepare the story.
Choose EPUB, the format supported by tolino eReaders. EPUB downloads are free for everyone. You can also choose to include the story’s images.
Public stories do not require an account. You can sign in with your TONFA account to download members-only stories that the account can already read. WP Downloader uses your credentials only to fetch the requested story and does not bypass access restrictions.
Save the EPUB somewhere easy to find on your computer, such as the Downloads folder.
TONFA support was ported from FanFicFare, the open-source fanfiction downloader licensed under Apache-2.0.
Step 2: Connect your tolino to the computer
Connect the tolino to your computer with a USB-C cable and wait for the computer to detect it.
The tolino vision 6, shine 4, and epos 3 use MTP for USB transfers, so they may appear as portable devices instead of removable drives. Open the tolino’s storage and find the “Books” folder.
Step 3: Copy the EPUB into the Books folder
Find the EPUB you downloaded and copy or move it into the tolino’s “Books” folder.
Wait until the file has finished copying before you unplug the reader. You can then disconnect the tolino and open the story for offline reading.
Getting newer chapters later
WP Downloader cannot add new chapters to an EPUB you already have. When the author publishes more chapters, return to the TONFA downloader, paste the link again, and download a new copy of the complete story.
