How to Read Wattpad Stories on a reMarkable Tablet
To read a Wattpad story on a reMarkable tablet, download it as an EPUB or PDF with WP Downloader and transfer the file through a reMarkable app, a web browser, or USB. WP Downloader is a free web tool, so you do not need to install anything.
Step 1: Copy the Wattpad story link
Open the Wattpad story and copy its URL. A story link usually looks like this:

Step 2: Download the story with WP Downloader
Open the Wattpad downloader and paste the link into the box. WP Downloader detects that the link is from Wattpad and shows the available download options.
Choose a format:
- EPUB is free for everyone and works on reMarkable tablets.
- PDF also works on reMarkable, but it requires a free Discord sign-in.
You can choose whether to include the story’s images.
You do not need an account for public Wattpad stories. For a paid story that you own, sign in with the Wattpad account that owns it. Signing in also gives WP Downloader access to your Wattpad library and archive.
WP Downloader can only download material that your account can already read. It does not bypass paid access, locked chapters, or age restrictions. Your account credentials are used only to fetch the story you requested.

Step 3: Transfer the file to your reMarkable
reMarkable tablets accept EPUB and PDF files up to 100 MB. You can transfer the downloaded story with the desktop or mobile app, through a web browser, or over USB.
Use the reMarkable desktop app
Download the Wattpad story to your computer, then add the EPUB or PDF to the reMarkable desktop app. Once the file is on your tablet, open it from the reMarkable library.
This method is useful if you already organize your reading files on a computer.
Use the reMarkable mobile app
If the story is on your phone, add the EPUB or PDF through the reMarkable mobile app. You can then open it from your reMarkable library.
Make sure you transfer the finished EPUB or PDF, not the original Wattpad link. The tablet needs the downloaded file.
Upload it through a web browser
You can also transfer the story through reMarkable’s web service. Download the file from WP Downloader, open the service in your browser, and upload the EPUB or PDF to your library.
This option does not require the desktop or mobile app.
Transfer it over USB
Connect the reMarkable tablet to your computer with a USB cable. Turn on the USB web interface in the tablet’s storage settings. The exact path to this setting can differ between software versions.
On the connected computer, open this address in a browser:

Reading updated Wattpad stories
WP Downloader cannot add new chapters to an EPUB you have already downloaded. If the author publishes more chapters, paste the story link into WP Downloader again and download a new copy.
Transfer the new file to your reMarkable in the same way as before. Clear file names can help you tell the new download from the older version.
