How to send a Dokuga story to Kindle
To read a Dokuga story on Kindle, download it as an EPUB with WP Downloader and upload the file through Amazon’s Send to Kindle service. Amazon converts the EPUB and adds the book to your Kindle library, where you can open it on a Kindle e-reader or in the Kindle app.
Download the Dokuga story as an EPUB
WP Downloader is a free web tool that does not require installation. Go to the Dokuga downloader to begin.
1. Copy the Dokuga story link
Open the story on dokuga.com and copy its URL. A Dokuga story address looks like this:
http://www.dokuga.com/fanfiction/story/1234/1 Copy a link from the story itself. For Dokuga, WP Downloader downloads the complete story, not an individual chapter or a list.
2. Paste the link into WP Downloader
Paste the address into the box on the Dokuga downloader page. WP Downloader detects the site and prepares the story for download.
You can sign in to Dokuga if you want to download a members-only story that your account can read. WP Downloader cannot bypass locked content, paywalls, or age restrictions, and it uses your credentials only to fetch the story you requested.
3. Choose EPUB and download
Select EPUB as the output format. EPUB downloads are free for everyone and can be sent through Send to Kindle. You can also include the story’s images.
WP Downloader also offers PDF downloads with a free Discord sign-in. It does not create MOBI, AZW3, or TXT files.
Save the EPUB somewhere easy to find, such as the downloads folder on your phone or a folder on your computer. See how to download a Dokuga story for more details.
Send the EPUB to your Kindle
Amazon accepts EPUB files through Send to Kindle and converts them for your Kindle library. You can upload the file on the web, use the Send to Kindle app, or send it by email.
Use Send to Kindle on the web
Open Amazon’s Send to Kindle page in your browser and sign in to the Amazon account you use for Kindle.
Choose the Dokuga EPUB and submit it through the web uploader. After Amazon converts the file, the story appears in your Kindle library and can be opened on a Kindle e-reader or in the Kindle app.
Use the Send to Kindle app
Open Amazon’s Send to Kindle app and select the EPUB you downloaded. Sign in with the Amazon account you use for Kindle, then send the file.
Amazon converts the EPUB and adds it to your Kindle library.
Send the EPUB by email
Attach the EPUB to an email and send it to your Kindle’s Send-to-Kindle address.
You must send the email from an approved address. Check your Amazon account’s Kindle settings if you need to find your Send-to-Kindle address or review the approved sender addresses.
For instructions covering all three methods, see the Send to Kindle guide.
Read the story on your Kindle
After Amazon converts the EPUB, look for the story in your Kindle library. You can open it on a Kindle e-reader or in the Kindle app.
If the author adds more chapters, the EPUB in your library will not update. Download the whole story again with WP Downloader, then send the new EPUB to Kindle.
For other ways to save a story, see the guide to reading Dokuga stories offline.
