How to send a Missing Pieces story to Kindle

To read a Missing Pieces story on your Kindle, download it as an EPUB with WP Downloader and send the file through Amazon’s Send to Kindle service. Amazon converts the EPUB and adds the book to your Kindle library, where you can open it on a Kindle e-reader or in the Kindle app.

What you need

First, open the page for the story you want to read. A Missing Pieces story URL looks like this:

Use the Send to Kindle app

Open Amazon’s Send to Kindle app and select the EPUB from your device. Send the file using the Amazon account linked to your Kindle. Once Amazon converts the file, the book will appear in your Kindle library.

Send the EPUB by email

Attach the EPUB to an email and send it to your Kindle’s Send-to-Kindle address.

The email must come from an approved sender address. Check your Amazon Kindle settings for your Send-to-Kindle address and the list of approved sender emails.

Send to Kindle no longer accepts MOBI files. WP Downloader creates EPUB and PDF files, not MOBI or AZW3, so send the EPUB directly without converting it yourself.
