How to Track Ashwinder Stories on Goodreads and The StoryGraph

To track an Ashwinder story on Goodreads or The StoryGraph, start by downloading it and noting its title and author. Download the Ashwinder story

Save the story details

Note the story’s title and author as they appear on Ashwinder. You may also want to keep its Ashwinder URL in your records.

The EPUB contains the story for offline reading. Goodreads and The StoryGraph store a separate reading record, so adding an entry there does not replace the downloaded file.

Track the story on Goodreads

Most fanfiction and web serials are missing from the Goodreads database. Search for the story’s title and author first.

Use the existing entry if you find the correct work. If it is missing, eligible Goodreads accounts can add a book manually at goodreads.com/book/new. The account must have a verified email and cannot be brand-new. The minimum information required is:

• The story title
• The author’s name

Copy these details from Ashwinder instead of guessing. Goodreads librarians handle later edits and merge duplicate entries.

Once the entry exists, you can use it to record your Ashwinder reading while keeping the EPUB for offline reading.

Track the story on The StoryGraph

Search The StoryGraph for the title and author. The story may not be in its database, especially if it is fanfiction instead of a conventionally published book.

The StoryGraph does not publish clear official instructions for adding works that are not books. If the story is missing, check its current help pages to find out what the service permits and what information it requires.

Do not use a similarly named work as a substitute, since your reading record would be attached to the wrong title.

Keep a personal library with calibre

If neither service has the story, you can manage it in calibre. This free e-book manager is available for Windows, macOS, and Linux.

After downloading the Ashwinder EPUB, open calibre and select Add books. You can then:

• Keep the EPUB in your calibre library
• Edit its metadata and cover
• Read it in calibre’s e-book viewer
• Use the viewer’s Read aloud feature
• Send it to a connected e-reader over USB
• Convert it to AZW3, MOBI, PDF, or another supported format

WP Downloader does not create MOBI, AZW3, or TXT files. If you need another e-book format, calibre can convert the downloaded EPUB.
