How to Read a stck.me Story on a PocketBook

To read a stck.me story on a PocketBook, download it as an EPUB or PDF with WP Downloader and transfer the file using Send-to-PocketBook or USB. WP Downloader is a free web tool, so you do not need to install anything.

Download the stck.me story

Copy the story URL from stck.me. Each author has a separate site, but story links follow this general pattern:

To download the story:

1. Open the stck.me downloader.
2. Paste the story link into the box.
3. Sign in with your stck.me account when prompted.
4. Choose EPUB or PDF.
5. Choose whether to include the story’s images.
6. Download the file to your phone or computer.

EPUB is free for everyone. PDF requires a free Discord sign-in. PocketBook e-readers support both formats.

Send the story with Send-to-PocketBook

Send-to-PocketBook lets you email the downloaded file to your e-reader. To set it up:

1. Open Settings on your PocketBook.
2. Go to Accounts and synchronization.
3. Select Send-to-PocketBook and sign in.
4. Open the activation email and complete the activation.
5. Find your personal Send-to-PocketBook address, which ends in @pbsync.com.

Attach the EPUB or PDF to an email and send it to that address. Sync your PocketBook to receive the file.

If the book does not appear, make sure the email address you sent it from is on the approved list. Send-to-PocketBook may ask you to whitelist the sending address before delivering the attachment. Once the address is approved, send the file again and sync the reader.

Copy the story over USB

You can also copy the EPUB or PDF to your PocketBook over USB:

1. Connect the PocketBook to the computer where you downloaded the file.
2. Copy the EPUB or PDF to the reader.
3. Finish the transfer and disconnect the device.
4. Open the story on your PocketBook.

Once copied, the story is available to read offline.

When the story gets new chapters

WP Downloader cannot add new chapters to an EPUB you already downloaded. When the author updates the story, return to the stck.me downloader, paste the link again, and download a new copy.

The new file will contain the chapters available to your stck.me account. Any chapters your account cannot read will remain locked and show a notice in the book.
