How to download an Occlumency story as PDF
- Open the story on Occlumency. Its link should look like
http://occlumency.sycophanthex.com/viewstory.php?sid=1234. - Copy the link from your browser’s address bar.
- Paste it into the download box above.
- Select PDF and choose whether to include the story’s images.
- Sign in with Discord when prompted.
- Download the PDF to your device.
You can also paste the story link into the main Occlumency downloader. WP Downloader will detect the site automatically.
What the PDF contains
WP Downloader puts the complete English-language story into one PDF. Occlumency downloads include the whole story, not an individual chapter or a list of stories.
You can use the Occlumency to EPUB converter if you prefer EPUB. EPUB downloads are free for everyone and do not require Discord sign-in.
WP Downloader does not create MOBI, AZW3, or TXT files. If the author adds another chapter, download the story again to get a new copy. The tool cannot update an existing file.
Occlumency support was ported from FanFicFare, the open-source fanfiction downloader licensed under Apache-2.0. The other compatible fiction archives appear on the supported sites page.
Signing in to Occlumency
Public stories do not require an Occlumency account. You can optionally sign in with an account from that site to download members-only stories the account can read.
WP Downloader uses your Occlumency credentials only to fetch the story you requested. It downloads only material your account can already read and does not bypass members-only access, paywalls, locked content, or age restrictions.
The two sign-ins have separate purposes. Your Occlumency account provides access to eligible members-only stories, while Discord sign-in is required to create a PDF.

Do I need an Occlumency account?
No account is needed for public stories. Sign in to Occlumency only when you want to download a members-only story your account can already read.
Why am I asked to sign in with Discord?
PDF downloads require a free Discord sign-in. If you do not want to sign in to Discord, choose EPUB instead. EPUB is free for everyone.
Can I download one chapter?
No. WP Downloader downloads whole Occlumency stories, not single chapters or story lists.
What if the story gets a new chapter?
Download the story again to create a new PDF with the added chapter. WP Downloader does not update an existing PDF. See Help for more guides.
