Download a story
- Copy the story URL from StoryRoom or FineStories. A StoryRoom link usually looks like
https://storyroom.com/s/1234/story-title. - Paste it into the box above or use the main StoryRoom downloader.
- Sign in with your StoryRoom or FineStories account when prompted. An account on the relevant site is required.
- Select EPUB and choose whether to include the story’s images.
- Start the download and save the EPUB to your device.
WP Downloader detects the site from the link, so you do not have to select StoryRoom or FineStories yourself.
EPUB and PDF downloads
WP Downloader downloads the whole story. It does not support individual chapters or lists from StoryRoom and FineStories, so paste the URL for the story itself.
EPUB downloads are free for everyone. You can also use the StoryRoom to PDF converter, though PDF downloads require a free Discord sign-in.
MOBI, AZW3, and TXT are not available. WP Downloader also cannot update an EPUB that you have already downloaded. When new chapters appear, paste the story link again to download a new copy.

Signing in
StoryRoom and FineStories require you to sign in with an account on the relevant site. WP Downloader uses your credentials only to fetch the story you requested.
The downloader can access only the content your account can already read. It does not bypass paywalls, locked chapters, or age restrictions. If your account cannot open the story on its original site, WP Downloader cannot download it.

Is downloading StoryRoom stories as EPUB free?
Yes. EPUB downloads are free for everyone. You still need an account on StoryRoom or FineStories and must sign in to the relevant site.
Can I download a single chapter?
No. WP Downloader downloads whole stories from StoryRoom and FineStories. It does not support single chapters or story lists from these sites.
Can I include images in the EPUB?
Yes. Turn on the option to include the story’s images before starting the download.
Can I update an EPUB when new chapters appear?
No. WP Downloader cannot update an existing EPUB. Paste the link into the StoryRoom to EPUB converter again to download a new copy with the chapters currently available to your account.
